At Flex Base Training, events and challenges are designed to support how we train year-round. We do not run constant promotions or gimmicks. Instead, we offer a mix of intentional transformation challenges and community-based events that reinforce consistency, connection, and enjoyment of the training process.

Transformation Challenges
Our transformation challenges run three to four times per year and are built to help members reset habits, build consistency, and progress their training in a focused way.
These challenges are grounded in:
• Strength-focused programming
• Proper form and movement quality
• Accountability and structure
• Sustainable progress that carries beyond the challenge
Challenges are coached, scalable, and designed to meet individuals where they are while maintaining clear training standards.
Community Events
In addition to structured challenges, we host occasional community events throughout the year. These are designed to bring people together, create energy, and celebrate the Flex Base community.
Examples may include:
• End-of-challenge celebrations
• Summer beach workouts
• In-studio themed events such as Flexmas
• High-energy community classes with guest DJs or local vendors
Some community events are open to non-members or offered at no cost, depending on the event.
Who Can Participate?
Most challenges are designed for active members, as they are built around our regular training structure and programming.
At times, we may offer:
• Non-member pricing for select challenges
• Special access for non-members during community events
• Open community workouts tied to celebrations or studio events

Transformation challenges are intentionally limited and run a few times per year. Community events are hosted periodically and may vary seasonally. We prioritize quality and intention over frequency.
