  • Do I need to get in shape before joining?

    No, our facility welcomes individuals of all fitness levels, including beginners. We pride ourselves on being inclusive and accommodating to everyone, regardless of their current physical condition. We also welcome occasional non-members also.
  • What is your day-to-day schedule for classes?

    We offer a variety of classes throughout the week. To view our current class schedule, including types and times, please visit our online schedule page.
  • Are you like CrossFit?

    Our training program differs from CrossFit. We have our own unique approach to fitness and exercise methodologies.
  • How do I get started?

    To begin your fitness journey with us, you can either contact us by phone or visit our facility to participate in a class. We offer an introductory package of three classes for $15 to new clients.
